Nice people, effiient services, the place is good for a cat, I had a sibling pair togther. The cats seemed happy. It's a big apartment with couple rooms for cats & feels more home than usual boarding in large cages with only 2 hrs out. I brought them in with their favourite toys & food. Only point they need elevator, but I'm guessing they'd be happy to come down to pick up your pet if someone can't go up stairs.
